We created Nemori as a quiet place for reflection, and that same care extends to how we handle your information.
We’ve written this Privacy Policy to explain what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it, in language that’s as clear and human as possible.

Who We Are
Nemori is a reflection app created by Nemori LLC in Texas, United States. We offer a quiet digital space for personal reflection, gentle prompts, and email communication related to Nemori.
Information We Collect
We may collect information you choose to share, such as your email address, name, messages, waitlist details, and responses you submit through Nemori. We may also receive basic technical information, such as browser type, device information, and how visitors move through the site.
Your entries, mood selections, and any other content you create remain yours.
Nemori is a mobile app as well as a website. When you create an account, we store your email address, the entries you write, the mood words you select, and the dates of that activity.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide Nemori, respond to messages, send updates you’ve requested, improve the experience, understand what is working, and keep the site safe and reliable. We do not use your personal information to pressure, manipulate, or overwhelm you.
Your Weekly Letter
Your weekly letter is built only from the mood words you tap. It is not generated from the text of your entries, and your entries are not sent to any AI system to produce it.
Our Privacy Commitment
We collect only what we need, explain our choices clearly, and treat your information with care. We do not sell your personal information. We do not design Nemori around intrusive tracking.
We do not sell it, share it with third parties for their own purposes, or use it to train artificial intelligence systems.
Email Communications
If you join our waitlist or choose to hear from us, we may send thoughtful updates about Nemori. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us directly.
Cookies & Analytics
Nemori may use cookies or privacy-conscious analytics to understand general site activity, improve performance, and care for the visitor experience. These tools help us see patterns without needing to know more than is necessary.
Third-Party Services
We may work with trusted services that help us host the website, manage email, process forms, understand site activity, or protect Nemori. These providers may process information for us only as needed to support the service they provide.
Nemori’s app data is stored using Google Firebase, which hosts our database and handles account sign-in. Your entries are stored on Google’s servers and protected by access controls so that only your account can read them.
Data Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information entrusted to us. No digital system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take care to limit access and protect information from unauthorized use.
Your Rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete, or better understand the personal information we have about you. To make a request, contact us at privacy@joinnemori.com and we’ll respond with care.
When you delete an entry or your account, it is deleted from Nemori’s database. We do not keep backup copies, so there is no archive for your entries to remain in. Google, which hosts the database, may briefly retain residual copies in its own infrastructure as part of normal operation.
Children’s Privacy
Nemori is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Nemori grows. When we do, we’ll revise the policy date and, when appropriate, share a clear notice so you can understand what changed.
